Tongwei Co. Ltd. completed the acquisition and reorganization of the PV industry of Tongwei Group in 2016. After five years of rapid develop-
ment it transformed to become an enterprise with a complete PV new energy industrial chain and independent intellectual property rights
encompassing the production of high-purity polysilicon in the upstream high-efficiency solar cells in the midstream and the
construction and operation of PV powerplants in the downstream. The Company has now become an important participant and a primary
