This is the first environmental social and corporate governance (ESG) report published by Tongwei Co. Ltd. (“Tongwei Co. Ltd.” “Company” or

performance of Tongwei Co. Ltd. in the areas of economic environmental social and corporate governance responsibilities for the period from

Tongwei Co. Ltd. completed the acquisition and reorganization of the PV industry of Tongwei Group in 2016. After five years of rapid develop-
ment it transformed to become an enterprise with a complete PV new energy industrial chain and independent intellectual property rights
encompassing the production of high-purity polysilicon in the upstream high-efficiency solar cells in the midstream and the
construction and operation of PV powerplants in the downstream. The Company has now become an important participant and a primary
