The Company strictly abides by the Company Law of the People’s Republic of China the Securities Law of the People’s Republic of China the Code of Corporate Governance for Listed
Companies of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the regulatory requirements of the Shanghai Stock Exchange on corporate governance. We have formulated the Rules

We actively reduce emissions in production processes. We emphasize the management of waste generated in our production and operation activities and take measures to reduce
waste generation. We have established an accountability management system for solid waste pollution prevention and control wastewater control procedures solid waste control
