To fully standardize the customer complaint handling process the Company has formulated the Procedures for
Control of Delivery and Services which have clearly defined the responsibilities of each department upon receipt
of complaints The Company has set strict rules on the response time and processing time limit for each stage of
complaints. In case of any complaint concerning product quality service price and logistics a verbal or written
response should be given within 24 hours after receipt of such complaint. For other complaints a preliminary
response shall be given within 72 hours and a final response should be provided in the form of a report file within
one week to ensure a prompt response to customer feedback.Customer satisfaction survey
To effectively understand customers' feedback on the Company's products and services the Company has
formulated the Procedures for Control of Customer Satisfaction Measurement and conducted satisfaction survey for
