We believe the key to creating long-term value lies in the sustainable development of our company. Kingfa
focuses on the effectiveness and integrity of our ESG system. Based on our own inherent ESG principles and
global strategy we have established a top-down ESG governance framework and continuously strengthen
communication on ESG issues with stakeholders. Through analyzing material ESG issues we align our
actions with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to identify key directions for our ESG
development. In this way we continuously improve our ESG initiatives and enhance our ESG performance.ESG Governance Framework
To effectively carry out ESG work Kingfa has established a clear and hierarchical four-level ESG governance
framework based on its existing corporate governance structure and strategic development needs. This framework
ensures clear roles and responsibilities and facilitates the implementation of top-down ESG management work.Each level has clear and coordinated responsibilities that together enhance Kingfa's performance in sustainable
